Comes with extra ear pieces & ear loops of varying sizes and a usb charging cable. The cable is missing a piece of plastic where it connects but does not affect the head set.

It has Noise assassin to reduce/cancel out ambient sound and is iPhone compatible.

@pawel78: New pictures posted showing the missing piece (x2), the earpiece connected even without the missing piece (x1) and the earpiece charging (x1).

I used to use it with an Apple iPhone 3GS, I can't see any reason why it shouldn't work with a Nokia. Jawbones are meant to work with most handsets with bluetooth.
