Thomas jefferson and the famous portrait of the signing of the 1776 declaration of independence. The note is placed inside a hard semi-thick transparent lamanate. @knuckleduster:Cert is added ! U have to know that 2 dollar bills are not printed anymore. U.S department of the Treasury dont print 2 dollar bills anymore so 2 dollar bills are rare..! What im selling is a 2-dollar bill with engraving of obama by merick mint engravers which makes it more rare ! So they are real 2 dollar notes and some company got permission to engrave over them . sounds weird but thats the way they do it in the states..! Does that answer ur question ?
