Reverend Pete Anderson PA-1

Description (updated on 30/08/2013 at 04:28pm):

Reverend Pete Anderson PA1 Signature series, Satin Vintage Clear finish. Hollow-Body w/Uni-Brace, Spruce Arched-Top, Maple Back/Sides. Bound F-Holes. Set 3-Piece Korina Neck. Rosewood Fretboard, Graphite Nut, Dog-ear P-90 Pickups, Pin-Lock Tuners, TOM Bridge w/Roller Saddles, Bigsby B-70 Vibrato Tailpiece, Controls: Volume/Tone/Bass Contour, 3-Way Pickup Selector.

This guitar is in as new condition, lightly used, with the satin finish hard to tell if it’s been used at all. Comes with hard shell case. Original black scratch black plate/nut cover included. Comfortable & versatile to play, great tone from P90 pickups. Superb tuning stability thanks to locking tuners and roller saddles. Centre block design prevents normal arch top/hollow body feedback. Lovely & rare instrument!

Would you be interested in a Tele highway one, USA? It's this one:

ronantu2010 2 years ago
@thomasmcole: Hi, kind of prefer a maple neck....but do the highway ones have jumbo frets? Also is the original case with it? Is it new highway one or original? Thanks Ronan.
thomasmcole 2 years ago
I'm not too sure, some of the newer highway ones did, think this is a 2006. if you want I can take some photos and send them you?

Nice guitar mate. I noticed you have two different pic guards on the guitar. Does the guitar come with the black or the white pic guard?
ronantu2010 2 years ago
It Comes with original black and the mother of pearl white ones.....could never decide which looks better....

Hi,how does neck shape and pickups compare to a gretsch? Can you do paypal and a courier? Thanks, john
ronantu2010 2 years ago
@johnbr64: Hi John, i cant say that i have played a gretsch so honestly i cant answer that. It has jumbo frets which took a while to get used to....( i play a 60's reissue strat with vintage style small frets). It's a very nice guitar....I went with the idea of buying a tele or a j45.....saw this and had to have it! If you were interested I'm sure we could work something out....Ronan.
johnbr64 2 years ago
Hi Ronan, thanks for your reply, the reason i ask about the neck shape is because i am thinking of buying a gretsch but i find the necks a bit skinny for my (big) hands,i find most imported gtrs these days are the same,i dont like the fender modern C profile either,i have a old '60's style strat and tele and like the profile, how would the Reverend compare to your strat? I know neck profiles are subjective but i read the Reverend is a little fuller? Thanks for your patience.john
ronantu2010 2 years ago
@johnbr64: john, i'd say the neck is as you call it a full neck, probably more full than my strat, so definately not a neck for small hands! I can take some images if that would help.....Ronan
