Hi "vital av", I'd like to buy one and my offer is 150. If you agree then we can meet any day after 5 o'clock. I live in Terenure-Dublin. Let me know please. Thanks.

Thanks
riky007 asked a question 22/09/2011 10:13 am (2 years ago):
Ok. Understood. I work in Churchtown-close to shopping centre. Can we meet there and close the deal?
vital av says 22/09/2011 10:49 am (2 years ago):
@ riky007: Hi. Unfortunatly I don't work near Churchtown or be in that direction. The only thing I could do would be meet in city cnt at lunch time. Other than that I can deliver by nightline or you can collect from us in Lucan.
Thanks
riky007 asked a question 22/09/2011 11:54 am (2 years ago):
Ok. Send me an e-mail to my private address (see my profile) please, with the time and where to meet. If I can have your mobile phone number or I'll give you mine, so we make sure we find each other. Thank you and I'll see you soon.
vital av says 22/09/2011 12:46 pm (2 years ago):
@riky007: You have to click the But Now button before I can send you a PM (Adverts Rules). It is too late to meet today but tomorrow is no problem.

jasonb asked a question 30/11/2011 1:40 pm (2 years ago):
Hi there. Just checking if you have any of these left, and if they're in Black or White? Is it €159 if I collect? Thanks...

J.
vital av says 30/11/2011 2:07 pm (2 years ago):
@jasonb: Hi, Yes if 159 collected. Black only. Thanks

jasonb asked a question 30/11/2011 2:10 pm (2 years ago):
Thanks for the quick reply. Only other question really is what hours are you available for me to collect it from Lucan? Is it only Mon-Fri 9-5 or are you around on the weekends / evenings? And if I'm paying €159 how do I buy it ( as I'm guessing 'Buy Now' will charge me €165? ). Thanks!
vital av says 30/11/2011 2:41 pm (2 years ago):
@jasonb: The weekend and evenings after 5 is no problem. I will change the price to €159 now so when you buy it will charge that price. Thanks

emptykay1 asked a question 31/12/2011 12:17 pm (2 years ago):
Hope this isn't a stupid question(!) but can this be played through home stereo loudspeakers (through a jack output or something?). If so, would the sound quality be good enough to run through speakers or would it be better listened to by itself?
vital av says 31/12/2011 12:49 pm (2 years ago):
Hi.
That's not a silly question.
It has a line out for linking into amp or a stereo. An amp if you had one would have plenty of inputs to take it. If it's a stereo. Just check it has a line in. As for the sounds. That really depends on your speakers.
Tks

I use this model through a high spec Hi-Fi set with stunning results.
emptykay1 asked a question 31/12/2011 2:24 pm (2 years ago):
Thanks guys (or gals!). I have a Pioneer a300x amp, Mission 760i se speakers and a Marantz tuner and get a great sound from these so I don't want to have to "dumb down" the sound quality just to get digital/internet radio. Just another question - do I have to have a roof aerial to pick up dab or will the indoor aerial that comes with it be good enough ? I have absolutely no idea of coverage but I'm in Wicklow Town. I've heard conflicting reports about digital radio and I love the sound from the fm tuner so I don't want to get something that sounds worse. @Phoenix3 - do you use yours for internet radio, dab or both? How do they compare with each other and with fm? Thanks a mill :)
vital av says 31/12/2011 4:03 pm (2 years ago):
You'll definitely need an external dab aerial and even then u may struggle to get decent signal. To be fair this unit is more aimed at bedroom or kitchen listening. Whilst it will connect to your existing system. There are proper media streamers with Internet and fm tuners from the likes if denon etc.. A bit pricier if course.
emptykay1 asked a question 31/12/2011 5:48 pm (2 years ago):
By bedroom and kitchen listening, do you mean with or without an external aerial? I just want to know if it would get a decent reception. If people use them in their kitchens they still need a good reception. I read a few reviews of this radio and people seem to be happy with it. I just don't know if they're using an indoor or outdoor aerial. Anyway, thanks for your responses. This whole dab radio thing is a mystery to me but I'd hate to buy something and find it doesn't work. Cheers :)
vital av says 31/12/2011 6:13 pm (2 years ago):
Sorry. I should have said most people if not all buy them to use as wifi radios. I wouldn't like to promise you dab will work where you are.
Tks
emptykay1 asked a question 31/12/2011 6:27 pm (2 years ago):
Well I would be interested in wifi internet radio too so I'll certainly think about it. Thanks again :)
