						<p>Frank Keane Naas Roadis a main BMW and MINI Dealership located on the Naas Road in Dublin 12 with a workshop that has been equipped and developed to the very latest BMW and MINI standards. As a result of strong demand from BMW and MINI customers we are seeking a career orientated Motor Technician and 3rd Year Apprentice to join our team.  The Roles:  The ideal candidates will be experienced in all aspects of vehicle servicing and diagnostics and be capable of producing quality work in a busy environment. Responsibilities include:  Performing work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and BMW / MINI standards. Communicating with parts department to obtain needed parts, inform workshop manager if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary. Diagnosing cause of any malfunction and perform repair after confirming authorization by customer. Saving and tagging any and all parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by customer. Examining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Notifying service advisors immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs can not be completed within the time promised. Road-testing vehicles to spot check work performed. Keeping abreast of BMW/MINI technical bulletins and attend factory sponsored training classes. Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Requirements:  Qualified Technician - a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience - ideally working with the BMW / MINI brand. Ability to clearly complete job card write ups with a thorough understanding of the requirements of factory standards for warranty write-ups. Good communication skills and the ability to identify and explain additional work required to service advisors or customers as required. Previous experience working with ADP/Kerridge environment would be an advantage. Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled. Generating test system change over documents / test procedure documents /  maintenance logs. Itemising all test probes in use at each test system and set up and maintain a test probe spares kit. Production test results back up  monthly. Generate log of all test equipment and their physical location. Storing and logging of spare test equipment . Setting up manual test stations Introducing individual Test Verification Sheets for each ATE. Training operators in the use of the new tools/equipment. Provide process training to both operators and other technicians. 						<p>Supporting the activities of Operations / Engineering / Information Management in assuring compliance with the pertinent regulations.  Conduct validation activities in compliance with US and EU regulations, global procedures and EHS requirements. Work with the various departments / groups in development and execution of validation activities associated with new equipment / product or System upgrades.   Provide input into all project phases i.e. from design through to the commissioning and qualification execution phases of the project.  Prioritize qualification activities in line with the project schedules and business needs.  Develop Validation Documentation to support new process/product introductions and existing business continuity and process improvement requirements  Review and approve documents prepared by the validation team, other departments and contractor organisations (e.g. commissioning test plans, impact assessments, change controls).  Execute qualification protocols as required including risk assessments and regulatory reviews Resolve and assist in the closure of deviations initiated during qualification execution. Complete 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 Assessments Implementation and co-ordination of the change control process, review change controls for validation impact , promotes timely approval of all supporting documentation.  Generate SOPs / other documentation as applicable. Validation representative at daily project management meetings, weekly change control and team meetings. Work with all departments in ensuring operational effectiveness and developing product Quality for business continuity and process / product introductions.   Proven track record in development / execution of Validation programs in areas of Equipment, Process ,Information management &amp; cleaning  Run / Manage complaint investigation and resolution of same.   All employees are responsible for minimising both the Environmental and Health &amp; Safety effects of the work that they perform. Work with the various departments / groups in development and execution of validation activities associated with new equipment / product or IM System upgrades. Implementation and co-ordination of the change control process, promotes timely approval of all supporting documentation. Experience &amp; Requirements Relevant 3rd Level Qualification in science or engineering  Minimum of 4-5 years direct experience in a validation role in either the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of FDA, EMEA, CSV/GAMP, 21CFR Part 11, Annex 11, Project Life Cycle and cGMP Regulations,  Firm sense of accountability, ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle and sound knowledge of project management.  Good knowledge of statistical techniques in the use of problem solving / data analysis. Automation experience would be ideal but not essential Outstanding verbal and written communication and presenting skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups. Adaptable and flexible  Ability to demonstrate standards of leadership - managing complexity / Credo values / Innovations / Customer Focus Flexible Team Player Good influencing skills Experience with Qualification of Cell Culture Technologies. o Qualification of Purification  Chromatography and Ultrafiltration Technologies. o Qualification of Production Support Equipment. o Qualification of Clean Utilities. o Qualification of HVAC (ISO classes 5 to 8). o Qualification of Control Systems  Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Building Management Systems and Siemans PLCs Domestic and international travel may be required.
