We are currently looking to recruit a permanent experienced Accounts Assistant for a busy Transport/Logistics company based in Dublin 11
Suitable candidate must have minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. A self starter capable of working under their own initiative is vital.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Payroll
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Bank Reconciliation
• Matching pickups / pricing invoices
• Raise miscellaneous sales invoices
• Preparation of returns for revenue ie. VAT, PAYE/PRSI Returns
• Any other related work

Hours of work 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary ranging at 35K
