The Care Team

Location: Stillorgan, Dublin

The Care Team provides primary care services to clients in their own home. The organisation is owned and managed by nurses in partnership with GPs around the primary care sector. 
The Care Team is the first multi-professional organisation in Ireland to provide comprehensive homecare. The Care Team promote and follow a client-centred approach to care at home. We encourage an open and questioning environment that promotes a safe and high quality service. Our team have an opportunity to positively influence the course of our client’s illness and recovery. 
All our home care and home healthcare packages are developed in collaboration with the multidisciplinary agency. Specialist packages available for care at home and are based on best practice recommendations.
We work with both the private sector and with the HSE.

Healthcare Assistant - 40 Hour Contract (Dublin)
Description: Multi award winning The Care Team has an opportunity for full time Healthcare Assistant position. We are a leading home healthcare provider. We look after a wide range of adults in the community with long term disabilities requiring complex care to personal and social care of the older person. Care Supervisor - North Dublin (Dublin)

The role is community based in North Dublin and requires a highly organised, flexible self-starter with excellent time management skills and good initiative. This is a hands-on management role based in the community. The successful applicant will be capable of managing all care aspects of day to day operations, be responsible and accountable, possess excellent communication skills and confident to lead the implementation all quality care initiatives. Role and Responsibilities: Case management identifying needs and requirements for services users, providing assistance in achieving goals for service users to remain in the community. Community Liaison Officer (Dublin)

Setting up care packages for both HSE and private clients. Managing a team of supervisors and healthcare assistants in the community. Partake in MDT meetings both in the hospitals and community settings. Report medical needs for each client in line with the care plan including medication management, wound care and any other nursing duties.
