The sale was agreed on the 8th, but the transaction still hasn't been completed! Not sure what the Adverts.ie legal stance is on this, but I assume that I can terminate the transaction if there's no sign of it being completed, and I'm taking an offer of equal value?

You should really read the previous posts, BIGDOGG. It'd be €140 incl. delivery charge from Thomann. Also, €100 has been offered by A V A, so I'm hardly going to accept €80.
