Hi, it is approx 4 years old, but has seen very little use for the past three. I used to have it in a dual monitor setup but due to a change in work, I no longer needed two monitors, so it was rarely used.

I also did some Xbox360 gaming using the monitors vga port... that enabled full hd 1080p resolution and the picture quality is honestly second to none.

Monitor is currently connected to a laptop in the house and is working perfectly.

1. Is there any screen burn issues with the TV?

2. Does it exhibit the well known 'purple snakes' issues that a lot of Plasma from this generation exhibited?
