is this a factory unlocked iphone 4 or is it an ultrasn0w job? does it have its box, cables etc? receipt?

i have either:
1. samsung galaxy s2 - unlocked with box and accessories still new
2. samsung galaxy nexus - sim free with box, receipt from the 25.12.11.


how much would you add for the nexus?i'd much prefer to swap the galaxy s2 though. has a screen protector on.
