I think you migthbe a bit confused by what you are asking.

Normally to run an SMS gateway you need to acces to the phone network and you get a number maybe 50001 from the service provider and you can the process text messages.

Maybe what you want is the ability to read sms from you own mobile phone and update the data from there?
