well, in BIOS it has four options: disabled, normal, bi-directional and ECP. But according to all specs you can find everywhere, it has EPP mode as well
"1 x Parallel - IEEE 1284 (EPP/ECP)", probably ECP option works under ECP when software demands it. They say it's best laptop for phone unlocking, because there is no dongle or box it wouldn't work with it (COM, LPT or USB)
