And with respect, I see from the link you provided the condition of the device is "good". With "Good" being the lowest in the range from "good" to "very good" to "like new".
I want to reiterate that the condition of mine is excellent.
Not to mention it comes with 4GB microSD card and full body invisible shield.
I'm not going to go down the road of the current parity of sterling to the euro right now either.

For most in the know, this handset is actually a lot better than Nokias current models, in particular the N Series and the mess Nokia has made with their touchscreen models.
The fact remains, this is still the flagship E series device and the latest communicator from Nokia.
It's built like a bullet and has a higher res screen than most current models, so I'm not worried about the age of the device. Thanks again for your offer though!

None to speak of. As I said its been in a case pretty much all the time.
There is a little scuff on the back right where I slipped it in and out of a mophie juicepack air(battery pack) but you can only see it if you hold it at a specific angle? Its a superficial thing.
I asked a work colleague to examine it and she said its 'spotless'.
I'm not sure of protocol here as I have provisionally accepted an offer to noreds above,and intend to honour it if he gets back with a comfirmation on this thread, but in any case, either of you are welcome to look at it and decide for yourselves if its up to par.
