I can do company returns. This would comprise completion of both the shareholders and abridged accounts, Corporation tax return to be filed with the revenue and also the annual return form B1 to be filed with the companies registration office.

As regards price this would depend on the size of the company. If it was a dormant set of accounts (or almost dormant with only a few transactions) I would be able to do all this for perhaps €350 (plus vat) plus the €40 filing fee with the CRO. If there was more transactions involved to it, then my price would depend on what situation the books and records are in and the level of work involved. Once I know what your situation is I will be able to quote a more accurate figure for you.

This price would of course not cover any late filing fees etc. that have arisen on the company. Please let me know if this sounds OK to you.
