I'd accept 140, don't think that's too unreasonable for a case, board, decent psu, quad core cpu,and 4gb ram. The cpu is just a bit slower than an intel Q6600- they go for 60-70 euro around here alone!

It'll probably be early next week though I'm not sure yet, will know more in a day or so.
