@drunkmonkey: yes it's my phone, was won in a competition - I can supply proof of this - no receipt as i didn't buy it (competition).

There is no story other that it's a brand new 9900, wanted to make sure it was working before I sold it as I have recourse if it's not working and I'm not about to sell something without a receipt unless I know it's 100%.

I'm not going to post the imei in public but you're welcome to inspect it. As you a can see from the photos it is completely sealed and dated the 14/6 from vodafone. So, warranty, at absolute minimum is that. It was purchased in July as a gift however.
