@Bundle: no sorry I haven't, but the problem only started when I opened the casing to take a look and see if something was stuck under the lock button. I didn't touch anything in it because it all looked a bit complicated but when I put it back together there was no sound coming out of the earpiece on calls, so I'm guessing somethings loose now or disconnected
