Am in Rooskey this Friday/Sat myself - however it's an 8 year old TV and these old philips haven't got a rep for lasting - I can give you €50 and pick up on Friday?

Can I just confirm that it's currently working OK using a SCART socket - no picture or sound drop-outs - and the TV doesn't randomly turn itself off - all common problems on these TVs.

I've PM'd funkydunkey to arrange collection - if they can't/won't arrange a pickup in the next couple of days I'll move down the list - I don't want to be messed around or hang onto this for weeks!

My apologies - I misread markass' post above and didn't realise he'd offered asking. If you are not in a position to deliver for him then my offer still stands (in fact let's make it €140) but I need a reasonably prompt decision - there's another TV on sale for 140 but yours would be a much handier pickup for me :)

when did you buy it? if you still have the box can you let me know the Lot Number from the barcode sticker on the box please?

How old is it? when was it bought?
Do you have the original remote (or at least a philips remote capable of tuning the TV/getting to menu functions)?
