Description

Allows you to add Android Auto/Apple CarPlay to older BMWs. I had this installed in a 2014 BMW 1 series F20 for a few months - I suspect it will work with many BMW models but I can't back that up.. It's a good solution but I found it fiddly to use so I'm going back to just using my phone.

There are a couple of extra cables in the box...they were there when I bought it but they're not required.

I bought it without an antenna and it connected fine without it. I was told that the antennas are available on Amazon but I never had a need to buy one...YMMV.

Is it for NBT system with 6-pin LVDS, and does it support CarPlay + camera input?

@shamir56 I don't know, the LVDS connector looks to have 6 pins but I don't know much about BMW technology. There's a 'USB camera' connector and cable but I wasn't using that because my car has a factory camera. Yes it does have CarPlay but I only used Android Auto.
