Drives perfectly, so much like a car that it’s easy to forget it’s got so much space in the back.
Height is 1.95m so fits under all height barriers at beaches, parks and car parks. Easily gets into underground and multi-storey car parks in the city.

This van was designed to be a wild camping, easy to drive, easy to use, fun yet practical adventure camper, and it is. It’s still a car on the logbook so not the discounted tax rate unfortunately.

We bought this van last year and did most of the upgrades ourselves with the help of a carpenter and an electrician. We had an incredible year on beaches, forests, lakes, mountains and campsites all over Ireland. Now we are moving up to a much larger van for European adventures but we are sad to see this go as it’s so much fun and so easy to get away on a whim. Also the smallness is a key thing here because it can go anywhere, any road and is stealthy enough.
