Instead of pming this to all, I wantto emphasise that it needs some electrical work so having some knowledge or knowing someone that does will get you a good deal with this

Hello, I read in the comments section that electrical work is required. What exactly is required please and have you any estimate as to what it might cost to get the electric work done? Thanks.
@KatyB I don't know how much it will cost, I haven't been able to get anyone to look at it. The back lights don't work so you would need that looked at or you could put a tailor board on it, cost about 30.
