Vintage Chair / Table and Storage Combination Piece

Adorable and neat sized, extremely handy and good looking piece of furniture.

Not sure what room this would have been designed for, but I've enjoyed it in a bed-room (as a bed-side table and chair complete with lamp up-top and slippers stored beneath) and also in my hall-way where we used it to store bits and pieces needed daily and for making quick shoe changes on the way out the door!

This is a vintage piece, but is generally in good condition. Even the upholstery is original.

I have always liked the seat fabric as it is not at all fussy - is a neutral golden-brown type colour that is still fashionable today.

The wood is a darkish colour but with a very visible grain.

I find this piece works very well with lighter furniture/flooring too because of the lighter seat colour.

There is some discoloration (spill damage maybe?) on the top left which perhaps can be removed. It has never bothered me as I always have either a lamp or a plant positioned there anyway.
