Hand-built Flamenco ‘Blanca’ Guitar. Made with traditional wooden peg tuners. Hard Case & capo included.

Built in the early 80’s by Luis Goya, a Master Luthier from Madrid. Luis Goya T(r)ovar was one of the many luthiers in Madrid who was trained by Jose Ramirez III and worked as one of his officials until breaking off on his own in 1979.

This guitar is in excellent condition. It has three very small dings on the top which I have tried to show in the photos. It has spent most of its life, so far, in it’s case.

Fresh strings, in tune and ready for a try out!

Could you please give us model of guitar.
On internet Luis Goya flamenco guitars you can find between €250 to €350.

@hedonergy Hi, there is no model name or number on the guitar. My father bought it from Luis himself in the shop in Madrid in 1983. It’s been shown to and played by a few world class flamenco guitarists in Dublin (John Walsh and Juanjo Manzano) in my efforts to get a valuation. These enquiries (aided by Alan Grundy) led me to an importer of high quality flamenco and classical guitars based in the UK (Paul Gregory). He said they go for £350 to £850 depending on the condition. This one is in excellent condition. I have a little cabin in the back garden and you’re welcome to come and try it out, it sounds fabulous.
