If your are seriously interested I can go a bit down with the price, but not that much.

Realy appreciate your reply, but unfortunately my budget is limited because of special need situation.
I perfectly understand if you can't accept my offer but it is the maximum amount what I can allowed due the unexpected expense fell in the last couples of months.
