Antique Art Deco French Sapphire & Diamond Ring - 18ct Gold & Platinum

For sale is a breathtaking French sapphire and diamond cluster ring dating from around the 1920s.

The ring is set in a square panel with a central oval cut sapphire, collet set with multigrain edges and surrounded by a multitude of round cut diamonds all pave set within the panel.

The diamonds are all graduating in size and shimmer and dazzle with fire. The sapphire weighs approx. 1.9ct and the dimaonds total approx. 0.75ct. The colour of the sapphire is a really beautiful rich royal blue and is a beautiful quality stone.

The quality of this ring is simply stunning, just take a look how this ring was finished beneath with the incredible and intricate basket which would have been all hand made.

The ring has a really lovely slender 18ct gold band and is fully hallmarked.

The finger size is a N and can be re-sized up or down to any finger. The ring sits perfectly flat on the finger.
