Stellah Precision Bass Guitar L H (set for R H playing)

Description

Totally upgraded Stellah Precision LH Bass Guitar (set up for RH playing) - for sale -

this is a LH bodied Bass which I got set up for RH playing.
(can be easily re-reset back if you are LH)

recent price drop - now asking €300

Purchased this inexpensive gem of a P-Bass guitar on Adverts a few years ago.
It is made by "Stellah", Model "Finesse" and I immediately loved it, but it needed an upgrade.

Had it professionally upgraded including fitting of new Seymour Duncan SPB-3 "quarter pounder"
P-Bass pickups + new improved quality open gear tuners also fitted + neck re-adjusted for low comfortable yet totally buzz free easy playability.

Neck smooth satin finish, body natural wood gloss finish, rosewood fretboard. Fantastic looking Bass.

Have recently sold all my electric gear since band folded during pandemic.
Getting into acoustic sessions only, now.
This is the last item I have for sale, hence you can buy a very good bass at a reasonable price.

Used as my back-up bass for live stage work. Lovely enjoyable bass to play. Inspection welcomed.

Brilliant sound with the SPB-3 pickups + this model is very light on the shoulders for a long set.

Neck: Bolt On, Maple, smooth satin finish
Body: Basswood (light weight body) natural gloss
Fretboard: Top Choice Rosewood
Machine Heads: upgraded open gear tuners
Scale Length: 34 inches approx.
Frets: 20
Pickups: upgraded Seymour Duncan SPB-3
P-Bass quarter pounder pickups
2 x Knobs: Volume & Tone
Pickguard: white
Finish: Natural gloss,
Chrome bridge & pickup cover supplied.

Comes with "Gator" Hard Case and Chrome Bridge Cover (taken off), Fender strap, a few spare (new) sets of bass strings.

You are welcome to call over to Baldoyle and try it out. This Bass will not disappoint.

Thanks for your interest.

Hi there,

What's the takamine model?

Thanks in advance

Hi, The Takamine model is GN-20 Natural and believe it or not I bought it only a couple of week ago in Waltons....totally rubbish at guitar chords so no point in keeping it...will stick to acoustic bass....I also Have a lovely Hofner violin bass that I love...won't part with that.
Thanks for your interest.

Interested and am a lefty. Is it a Seymour Duncan quarter pounder you put in it? What did you upgrade the tuners to? Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your interest. Yes I'm a lefty too....but play right handed tuning, which is why I had this Bass switched during upgrade.
The SD pick-ups are SPB-3's and they're open tuners that replaced the more mediocre tuners that were on it....don't have the brand name, but you are welcome to come around and inspect and play the the bass if you wish to follow up. I've gigged this bass plenty of times since the upgrade, it's perfect for live shows. I always bought the RH version of the AM Fenders but used this actually more often.
Cheers.

Would you consider selling the bass separately to the cass? I'd be interested but I'd be thinking more the lines of 250 without the case. I'd probably have offered 300 with the case but I have too many hardcases as it is.
