At EZbikes, we provide repairs on 36v & 48v lithium batteries for scooters and eBikes included but not limited to Fiido / Engwe / Xiaomi / Kugoo
We can also build custom batteries on request.
Cost depends on the repair/build to be done.
A Minimum service fee of €45 applies on all assessments which is deducted if you decide to go ahead with the repair.

@Dannyboy1 hi there. I believe you best bet would be a high Amo LifePo04 battery but I'm afraid we don't build LifePo batteries at the moment. Best regards
Hi have battery 36V 10.5Ah Aovo-10S3P , not taken charge anymore measure now charge given is 20V only can you repair and what would be the cost please , thanks in advance..
@screw6 I'm afraid we can't give you a quote without inspecting the battery first. However, AOVO scooters are known to break batteries due to the solid tires. Usual good is to solder back the few cell connectors which is around 60€ but once fixed there is no guarantee it won't happen again..
I know iv asked but iv opened up the battery on the fiido d11 would this make any difference in repairing it
@shhrapnel I'm afraid not it's simply the way the battery is built that makes is impossible to repair and from our knowledge, no one in Ireland managed to repair one them..

Doesn't have to be in the proprietry shape so long as it fits.
@jill_valentine hi valentine. We could potentially make the old one bigger/better but we wouldn't have that shape batteries. If you bring us the old one we can then check and tell you how many Ah we can fit in..
@Val13 hi Val. It's €299 for a battery. We build new ones with high quality cells and BMS in our shop so we would require deposit and 1 week to have it built. Thanks
Hi, I have a Kugoo G1 Pro / Zero 10X scooter with 52V 18Ah battery. If I fully charge the battery I can use it only 100 metres and the voltage drops immediately. Can you repair this?
@gegeny hi there. What mileage do you do on a full charge? One bar dropping usually means a voltage drop. It is often normal after a few months of daily use/charge cycles..
I can use 100 metres or nothing. Even if it fully charged the display shows the voltage drops to 0 V.
@gegeny we would have to test your battery to see if it's cells related problem so we can give you a quote.
My fiido is giving E1 error flashing on the LCD it's saying controller on line for the problem so not sure if LCD is needed but people were saying could be problem as well

Hi, have you had any luck with vanmoof bikes, I have a 2018 s2 where the battery isn't taking charge (either via charger or via an external PSU)
