"The Gretsch G5420T Electromatic is a stunning Hollow Body that tips it's hat to the legendary single cut Gretschs of old. Featuring premium 5 ply maple hollow body construction with a maple neck and a genuine rosewood fretboard it has a thick and complex resonant tone that screams classic Gretsch due in part to the 'black top' Filter'Tron pickups which Gretsch's RnD team designed using vintage Baldwin era pickupsnas a template.
This is the older higher spec version of the 5420 that was built in Korea and retailed at £899 before production was moved to China"
