2005 ibanez Artstar AS120
Semi-hollow, double cutaway body design with an arched, laminated maple top with Æ’ holes and ivory multi-binding on maple back and sides with a center block mated to a set-in maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and pearl and abalone split block position markers.
Tune-o-matic style Full Tune bridge, a standard tailpiece, a plastic nut, a black pickguard, plastic top hat knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines with ivory buttons.
A previous owner had work done by John Moriarty of archtop.ie in Dublin . Pickups were swapped for Gibson 57 classics, a bone nut installed and the frets were levelled and polished. The action is super low, plays so easy and smoothly. Little to no fret wear.
It is just as as suited for jazz as it is for rock and blues.
Beautiful guitar my only reason for selling is I'm a below average height person and I find it a touch large on me.
It's fine seated but stood up it's a slight issue. So I'm moving it on in the hope to find a similar but slightly smaller bodied semi.
I travel all over Ireland for work so a meet up should be easy to arrange.
May part exchange for a fender pro junior, mesa studio 22+ line 6 hx stomp or pod go
Not interested in other guitars.
Any questions please ask.
