Amazing Vintage 6ct Yellow Sapphire & Blue Sapphire ring - 14ct Gold

For sale is a stunning sapphire cluster ring dating from around the 1960s.

The ring is set with a spectacular round cut, yellow sapphire, weighing approx. 6ct and flanked on either side by two rows of 8 round cut blue sapphires.

The setting is very unique and this is certainly a one off ring. The colour of the yellow sapphire is breathtaking, with a pale lemon yellow colour, that the photos do not do it justice. It is offset perfectly against the royal blue sapphires on each side.

The ring is fully hallmarked 14k rose gold and the ring is most likely either Italian or German in origin.

The band is a lovely wide band, typical of the period but this ring is all about that stunning yellow sapphire.

The finger size is a K/L and could easily be re-sized up or down.
