Leg Vice Kit

A leg vice is a powerful wooden vice used by woodworkers since medieval times. Its very easy to construct and can be fitted to almost any workbench. The wooden jaw grips very tightly but will not dent or damage the work piece. The pictures show my own vice, fitted to my Nicholson bench over 10 years ago and used almost every day.
This kit contains all the metal parts to complete and install the vice. The wooden parts can be obtained from any builders supplier and will take about 4 hours work to make. Full assembly instructions are included.
Now incorporating a ratchet type lower beam for fast easy adjustment.
