If you want an iconic turntable that is guaranteed to appreciate in price, this is the deck to own!
Many believe this to be the most beautiful record player ever made.
It’s solid teak plinth is absolutely unmarked - I haven’t even given it a rub with Danish oil.
The aluminium top-plate and arm hasn’t got a scratch. The lid is in jaw-dropping condition after 50-years.
The stylus/cartridge is playing perfectly with a lovely neutral highly-detailed sound.
It’s automatic operating system is working perfectly.
These turntables are exceedingly rare and you won’t find another that can match the condition of this example. Priced to sell - examples online are going for €600 plus.
It features B&O’s multi-peg system of record support. The record sits on a series of little rubber tears inserted into the platter. The lid on this model is a lift-off design and is unhinged.
It is of the highest quality construction and weighs 9kg, an excellent thing in a turntable as weight delivers stability and lack of vibration on the arm.
Read my feedback and bid in absolute and total confidence. More than 800 transactions and I have NEVER had a negative or neutral feedback. Only positive and every single one a happy adverts user.
I will not post this in Ireland and I won’t entertain offers from buyers based outside Ireland. Collection only, after you hear and see it working perfectly.
No offers from those with significant negative feedback will be responded to.
I have a period-perfect and high-quality matching Beomaster 901 amplifier/radio in storage but it hasn’t been placed for sale yet. If you are also interested it that, please let me know.
Just so you know, I won’t negotiate on the price of this item based on that amp - this is already the best value you’ll ever find on an iconic Beogram 1202.
