Vintage WINTEC R1015 Rare 70's Stereo Receiver

Rare unit from the Golden Era of HiFi.

Contrary to popular belief, WINTEC was not a subsidiary of LUXMAN, but a small company from Southern California. Unit made in Japan of high-quality components.

According to the company owner Bruce Gerson:
"They were designed to slot in between the commonly discounted Pioneer and Sansui lines and the higher-end Yamaha line.

They incorporated higher quality components and features typically not found on any other receivers in the price range.

One of the hallmarks of the product line was that every unit was individually tested and performance specs for that unit was presented to the owner."

15W (70's Watts alot louder than modern ones!) into 8Ohm (4-16) speakers.

Phono Preamp, also has AM, FM (has antenna), Aux1 and Aux2 inputs. Lots of places to plug stuff in on the back, please see images.

This unit works perfectly and sounds AMAZING through my 70's KEF speakers. It's also super clean with no scratches or marks. See photos.

BNIB step-down voltage adapter included as it's a 120V unit.
