Solid Inframe MLK Kitchen

MLK (Mark Lohan Kitchens) solid oak inframe kitchen and quartz counter top with upstand.

This kitchen is 8 years old. We are getting a renovation done and so impressed with MLK we are getting them back to do the new kitchen.

This is available to take on the weekend of the 27th of Sept. Must be able to remove it and transport it yourself.

The overhang on the kitchen island is solid oak.

The kitchen is painted in F&B cornforth and the countertop is a warm grey with a white thread through it, internal carcasses in oak. These photos are from when it was installed. There is no damage bar standard wear and tear as in the cabinets which will come up lovely with a a paint. The last two pics are examples of what I mean on painting wear and tear.

Not selling individual pieces altogether. It includes the double sink and tap.

We are in a standard 3 bed semi.
The kitchen length window side from the larder is 318cm. The side with the cooker is 376cm.
The island is 127cm including overhang solid oak counter and 107cm on the other side. The island cabinets and baskets are as seen.
There’s a pull out bin (c. 35cm), a pull out spice rack (40cm), integrated dishwasher fridge and extractor cabinets, corner carousel, cabinet with washer and dryer stacked, larder (70cm) with two deep pot dovetail drawers under it with soft close. 4 drawers a press and pull out baskets in the island.

Willing to cut a deal on the kitchen and the appliances together as a bundle (cooker - (rangemaster 90+ induction); dishwasher (Bosch); and, extractor (Faber)) all fully operational.

There’s a bit of chipping in the counter top underside by the dish washer put last photo in to show.
