Chef (Maternity Cover)

Chef required to cover Maternity Leave starting end of May 2018, for Brentwood Manor Private Nursing Home, Convoy, Co. Donegal.

20 hours per week.

JOB PURPOSE:

To organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
City & Guilds 706 - 1 & 2, or equivalent
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Good communication skills
Team player
Excellent English verbal & written
Satisfactory Gardaí Vetting

Desired:
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
Previous supervisory experience
Experience of Food Preparation
