Two positions opening:
A Full time and a Weekend receptionist required for busy city centre practice.
Must have great communication, organisational and computer skills, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Weekend hours may be suited to a student in full-time education.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Providing administrative support, including greeting patients,responding to email queries,scanning,faxing,etc.
Booking and organising appointments
Invoicing customers from transaction forms
Answering incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner
Accurately recording patients queries
You need to have:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both in person and via phone
Strong numerical and organisational skills
Skilled in handling multiple tasks and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
Ability to work and communicate with other members of team
Strong with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel and able to learn additional software as needed
Fluency in spoken and written English
A hard-working and thorough work ethic.
Full time hours within Mon-Fri: 10am- 8pm //
Weekend hours: Saturday 11am-5pm, Sunday 12-4pm
