• Maintenance and management of customer’s accounts
• Customer service- taking calls, processing orders and general account queries
• Credit Control – Making calls for payment and payment terms.
• Setting up new customers

The Candidate:
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role with the following tasks being an advantage but not essential:
• Good computer skills (MS Navision would be an advantage but not essential)
• General accounting/administration experience (ledger breakdown)
• Be a self-starter and have relevant experience in a busy office whilst being able to carry out tasks in a timely manner
• Be able to work well as a team and independently
