SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Credit Controller based in St. Margaret's, Co. Dublin. This a permanent position with good career potential to progress in a large multinational organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Credit Control of unpaid VAT & Duty Shipments;
• Payments Processing;
• Customer VAT, billing validation and Support.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Daily credit control of VAT non account customers;
• Manage aged debt collection targets;
• Customer VAT billing query handling;
• Validate daily VAT billing files;
• VAT payment processing;
• Liaison with other departments on VAT shipment processing;
• Support and handling of VAT files given to Debt Collectors;
• Actively contribute to the Finance Department VAT collection strategy;
• Monthly VAT Reporting.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Leaving Certificate required;
• Credit control experience;
• Excellent customer communication skills;
• Ability to work to deadlines;
• Results orientated;
• Team player;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• High level of enthusiasm and energy for the role.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
• €25,000 per annum, subject to annual incremental increases;
• 5% bonus potential – based on company performance;
• 20 days AL increasing to 21 on the January after the first full year of employment;
