Three Q TEMPS is looking to hire an Accounts Technician who will be will be working with a team of two in the accounts department. You will be responsible for all aspects of accounts in this Irish SME. Accounts activities include full delivery of invoicing on a weekly basis, credit and debtor control and the production of management accounts. You will be working directly with the General Manager to achieve revenue and operation budgets.

About the Job:

Management Accounts: Monthly Management Accounts (Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet), Posting of Month End Journals, Accruals & Prepayments - Assist with year-end process re annual audit with company’s auditors, Monthly PAYE/PRSI & VAT Reconciliation, Wages Summary and Expenses reports

Budgets, Cash Flows & Reports: Annual cash flow preparation, Monitor & reporting on variances against budget

Debtors Ledger: Raising weekly sales invoices & monthly purchase orders, Apply Rate increase based on Agency Workers Agreement (AWA) from yearly Master Rates file, Issue monthly customer statements, resolve all invoice and account queries in a prompt manner, Credit Control – Remain within Company Ratio’s, Input and allocate all Electronic Financial Transfers (EFT’s) and Cheques to accounts system, Maintain Customer records on accounts package Quickbooks

Creditors Ledger: Raise weekly creditors invoices for approval, Monthly statement reconciliations, preparing monthly payment runs for approval, Maintain Creditors record on accounts package.

Banking: Daily posting of transactions, Setting up payment runs, Monthly reconciliations, Credit Card transactions, Record no receipt payments from bank accounts, Reconcile and input expenses & credit card statements with receipts to accounts package.

About you:
• IATI Qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a similar level
• Strong MS Office Skills – Excel, Word & Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills – you really understand the importance of good communication for you and your team members for everything to work
• A solution finder – takes ownership and pride in finding answers and solutions, looks for the why behind a ‘no’ and perseveres to achieve results
• Experience working in a fast-paced Accounts Department - you are results driven, energetic, focused and thrive in a busy environment
• You are able to work within a small team as well as under own initiative
• You possess a strong work ethic and are flexible
