We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Office Administrator for a busy Recruitment & TEMP Agency.

The main purpose of the role is to provide front-line customer service in person and/or by telephone to our clients, employees and applicants. The right candidate will be working with a small team to ensure company best practice standards are upheld by effective administration and teamwork.


Job Title: Administrator
Location: Dublin 1
Salary: €21,000-€23,000 DOE
Type: Permanent Hrs Mon- Fri 9-5.30pm

Requirements:
Have a minimum of 1-years experience in an Admin role
Have excellent PC skills, excellent communication skills, and have an excellent telephone manner

An ability to learn new skills, i.e. Social Media platforms, Jobs boards etc.
Have the right attitude, drive and determination to succeed in a constantly changing environment
