We are looking for a Chef/Catering Supervsior for one of our Clients in North Dublin.

Job Title: Chef/Catering Supervisor

Location: Dublin North

Hours: 19.5 per week

Salary: €26,300 based on 39 hours

Facility: Voluntary Centre

About the Job:
To plan, organise and control all food services; Cook appropriate nutritious food for clients of the service;

To liaise with management to ensure all client needs and requirements are met;

Prepare menus a month in advance;

Organising, leading and motivating catering assistants (clients);

Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required

Ensure that appropriate Hygiene standards are maintained in the service and staff adhere to all the Health and Safety regulations;

To maintain a good relationship with external agencies on behalf of the Project;

To assist with any other duties which management might reasonably request

The Successful Candidate will:

A relevant qualification in the area of Catering;

Minimum of three years' experience of working in a similar post;

A detailed knowledge of HACCAP and applying same in a catering environment;

Have had experience in supervising catering assistants, volunteers and clients while in the kitchen environment;

Demonstrate the ability to lead, communicate and facilitate
