Are you a Qualified CHEF? With 7061/7062 or equivalent?

We are looking for 2 chefs to join a panel for relief, holiday and ad-hoc part-time hours in a Dublin HSE hospital. Rate of pay from €13 to €15 p/h. So if you have culinary qualifications, at least 2 year's experience & are looking for a relief hours job call Charlie at 01 878 3335.

Key Job Duties

Working with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes – every time
Work well with other chefs & take direction from Sous & Head Chef
Ensure full HACCP compliance & maintain best practice standards in health & hygiene
Being available & reliable for hours required by the client

Qualifications Required: Chef De Partie / Head / Chef Grade 2 Positions experience:

706/1 & 706/2 Culinary Qualifications or similar
Be HACCP trained & competent in Food, Health & Safety Principles & Practices
Manual Handling, Children's First & Hand Hygiene
