TV comes with it. TV can be switched out for other ones of your own choice.

Rarely used. Original owner was out of country most of the time.

The bed frame is a high end luxury and very large at emperor size for mattreses @ 200x200cm (7ftx7ft). This is the largest size available in Ireland.

It has less than one year use. It is in excellent condition. The bed is extremely large so make sure you check size for your room. The home is being refurnished. You will need to put it together since it is too large to transport in once piece.

Collection only as the item is too big for me to put in the car.

What's the total length of the bed assembled ? Do you have a link to actual bed. Is the fabric in good condition ?

@whycliff: 8ft+ I don't have exact measurements unfortunately as I'm moving it on for the owner who refurbished. No link to the actual bed I could find online. Happy to send more pics of the pieces etc to any prospective buyers with an offer. Fabric is in great condition.Very little use.
