This UltraBook is about as good as it gets for under 200 euro. It is really slim and yet completely robust.

This one has an inbuilt webcam.

But most importantly its solid state hard drive increases its speed and responsiveness by several orders of magnitude. For example it fully loads Windows from off in about 10 seconds against about 3 minutes with a mechanical drive.

These laptops are mostly sold to big companies for executives' use. They demand reliability and ruggedness - and the legendary smooth Dell keyboard, universally acknowledged to be the best made. And the BACKLIT keyboard on it is in perfect condition.

Another clever feature of this model is that it has drainage channels from the keyboard to the underneath.
