Can I ask what make and year is the mobile and if there is also a new on site fee to be paid to park owner?

Is there an agreement with the site owner to leave the mobile on site for the new owner? Or is the asking price just for the mobile home and move it elsewhere?
I Will be down around that area tomorrow and Wednesday if we could get to see the mobile
