This is a link to the green power page for the scooter. Gives most of the details in the specification page. It can do 28kph I believe with a range of 45 miles. A set of 5 batteries from the suppliers are £299 plus shipping.

@SpiceQueen it comes with the factory charger. I charged it and tested it last year. The batteries didn't want to hold much of a charge. I did have it driving then but very slow.. It didn't get used due to the lockdown and ill health. He's no longer able to ride it and now has to use a small standard mobility scooter.. I can charge it over the next couple of days and try to get some power in it again for viewing. It has a built-in alarm system as well. Doesn't look the best but with a bit of work it could be a good scooter again. I road it a couple of times on full power and it's pretty quick.
