Le Corbusier's Sling Chair in chrome plated tubular steel and leather
The Basculant chair (LC1) was designed by Le Corbusier's for the exhibition at Salon d'Automne of 1929. This early design in tubular steel land leather had a pivoting backrest, allowing it to be adjusted to the position preferred by the sitter to provide continuous comfort and support in different working positions.
