Army and Navy Antique glass hip flask,

We can convey the house and history with this, the vendor’s father was a Hotel proprietor and riding instructor, Stamped A & N to the silver plated slip cover over glass. Crocodile skin to the upper half, ton of age to this, with interesting History, the family have a royal connection on the vendor’s mother’s side which we can convey to the purchaser. The vendor’s father also served in the war which is also well documented, however I think this flask is after his time in the war as the body of it is glass. It features a small glass "sight level" window on the side to view the liquid level. Similar flasks were produced by makers like James Dixon & Sons and date back to the late 19th or early 20th century. AS SAID BARES THE ARMY AND NAVY STAMP TO THE BASE.
