Included are residual Lots from the stables and storerooms of a Fine Meath Estate, the Entire Contents of a Substantial Residence on Orwell Road, Dublin 6 and Various Part-Clearances from Properties in Meath, Westmeath, Louth & Dublin.

Items of interest include a French post-war 1951 motor-powered bicycle excellent running order (estimate e500 - e800), 11ft mahogany dining table possibly by Hicks of Dublin from a property on Waterloo Road, Dublin 4 (estimate e400 - e700), Gladys McCabe oil painting (estimate e700 - e1,200) and a fine Regency gilded overmantle mirror (estimate e500 - e800).
Auction estimates range from e10 to e2,000 with many to be cleared and offered without reserve. Also in the auction is a wide range of Irish and International art. over 100 Lots.

All lots have been removed to the auction room in Kells for convenience of sale.
