@brian383: Hi it is made from metal, it is quite heavy & has an 18k gold nib. It does have wear and tear, as it is vintage however no dents etc, it is an old pen. If you are seriously contemplating this pen I would advise a deep clean of the nib, I did a basic clean as it was clogged when I got it.
